Registration & Refund Policies
Space is limited for all events, and your timely RSVP is required unless otherwise noted. Payment is due at the time of registration, and your registration is not confirmed until payment is received. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations. For more information or to register, contact our front desk 301.662.4164 or visit the online calendar.
Every attempt will be made to fulfill requests for reasonable accommodations. Please submit your request to email@example.com or 301.662.8493 at least 10 days prior to the event.
Non-members are invited to attend a maximum of two (2) Chamber events as a guest before joining the Chamber.
Subcontractors, consultants, and representatives who are not Chamber members and who not an employed staff member of a member company may not attend events on their clients' behalf.
Photography & Video
We capture photo and video at Chamber functions. Images may be used online or in print to promote the Chamber and the Frederick County business community. If you do NOT wish to appear in Chamber photos or video, please notify Chamber staff or email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
