Registration & Refund Policies

Space is limited for all events, and your timely RSVP is required unless otherwise noted. Payment is due at the time of registration, and your registration is not confirmed until payment is received. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations. To register, or for more information, call 301.662.4164 x 201 or visit our online calendar.

Every attempt will be made to fulfill requests for reasonable accommodations. Please submit your request to kbeach@frederickchamber.org or 301.662.8493 at least 10 days prior to the event.

As of January 2009, non-members must pay $10 to attend Business Card Exchanges, Business Outlook Seminars, and Coffee & Contacts networking events. If you invite a future member to join you as a guest at a Chamber event, they must pay this fee. Non-members are permitted to attend a maximum of two (2) Chamber events as a guest before joining the Chamber.

Subcontractors, consultants, and representatives who are not Chamber members and who not an employed staff member of a member company and/organization may not attend events on their clients' behalf. 

Photography & Video

We capture photo and video at Chamber functions. Images may be used online or in print to promote the Chamber and the Frederick County business community. If you do NOT wish to appear in Chamber photos or video, please notify Chamber staff or email your request to editor@frederickchamber.org.
