Paul supervises staff and manages daily operations at the Chamber, including the annual budget process, vendor contracts, and procedures. He makes sure that the Chamber office runs smoothly and efficiently. Paul is your main contact for Member 2 Member discounts, Leadership Frederick County, LFC Alumni, and Leaders on Loan programs.

Kelly Beach, Event & Retention Coordinator

Kelly plans the Chamber's monthly events, including the Business Card Exchange, and also plans several annual events, including the Golf Scramble, Annual Picnic, and Volunteer Recognition. Kelly also coordinates the Chamber's retention program, and makes frequent contact with new and existing members to make sure they're getting the most from their membership. Barbra is “the voice of the Chamber.” She answers calls and emails from the community at large, and helps Lori respond to questions regarding membership. She is your main contact for event registration, relocation packets, orientation materials, mailing list, and general information. Barb also helps coordinate our monthly Business Card Exchange and Lunch Exchange events.

Wendy tries to keep track of Ric and Bonnie and assists them whenever possible. She is also your main contact for scheduling a grand opening or arranging the rental of our meeting rooms and training room. She is our staff liaison to the Council of Community Partners, and she maintains our master calendar of events, volunteer information, member information database, and information about our energy co-op program. Wendy also helps coordinate our monthly Chamber Academy and Business Outlook events.

Lori Friedman, Membership Director

Lori is responsible for membership and advertising sales, and travels throughout the county in her efforts to connect businesses with the Chamber. She chairs the Chamber’s Ambassador Committee, and holds monthly membership events, including Your Chamber Connection (for future members interested in learning more about the Chamber) and New Member Orientation.

Jessica spearheads the Chamber’s marketing and public relations efforts, including the Chamber’s social media outreach, weekly email updates, and monthly newsletter. She is the primary staff liaison to the Marketing Council and Education Committee. She plans several of the Chamber’s annual events, including the Summit Awards, EXPO, and Anniversary Reception, and is your main contact for media inquiries.

Kimberley maintains the Chamber’s financial records and transactions, and coordinates with vendors and members regarding all Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable issues. She is actively involved in the Chamber’s budget process and membership retention efforts.

Stacey spearheads the FCBRE program, a partnership between the business and education communities focused on connecting the workplace with the classroom. She meets frequently with businesses, educational institutions, government, and community organizations to solicit support in the form of volunteers, program resources, and financial contributions. FCBRE programs include FutureLink, an annual career conference for tenth graders. Stacey is also the staff liaison to the Council of Community Partners, our
committee for nonprofit organizations.
