Richard "Ric" Adams, President and CEO 301-662-4164
Ric, the self-proclaimed “King of the Chamber,” is charged with leading our organization toward its vision, to become a trusted leader for business in a vibrant community. He is the primary staff liaison to the Chamber’s Board of Directors, Public Policy Committee, and local elected officials, and is your main contact for inquiries regarding the Chamber’s Trustee program. |
Paul Frey, Vice President 301-662-5150
Paul supervises staff and manages daily operations at the Chamber, including the annual budget process, vendor contracts, and procedures. He makes sure that the Chamber office runs smoothly and efficiently. Paul is your main contact for Member 2 Member discounts, Leadership Frederick County, LFC Alumni, and Leaders on Loan programs. Paul is also the interim coordinator for the Frederick County Business Roundtable for Education (FCBRE). |

Kelly Beach, Event & Retention Coordinator 301-662-8493
Kelly plans the Chamber's monthly events, including the Business Card Exchange, and also many annual events, including the Anniversary Reception, Golf Scramble, and Volunteer Recognition. Kelly also coordinates the Chamber's Ambassador Committee and retention programs, and makes frequent contact with new and existing members to make sure they're getting the most from their membership. Kelly is also the interim coordinator for Generation Connect. |

Barbra is “the voice of the Chamber.” She answers calls and emails from the community at large, and helps our members with referrals and resources. She is your main contact for event registration, relocation packets, orientation materials, mailing list, and general information. |

Wendy tries to keep track of Ric and Paul and assists them whenever possible. She is also your main contact for scheduling a grand opening or arranging the rental of our meeting rooms and training room. She is our staff liaison to the Frederick Nonprofit Alliance, and she maintains our master calendar of events, volunteer information, member information database, and information about our energy co-op program. |

Jessica spearheads the Chamber’s marketing and public relations efforts, including the Chamber’s social media outreach, weekly email updates, and monthly newsletter. She is the primary staff liaison to the Marketing Council. She plans the Chamber's annual EXPO and New Media & Technology Conference, and is your main contact for media inquiries. |

Kimberley maintains the Chamber’s financial records and transactions, and coordinates with vendors and members regarding all Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable issues. She is actively involved in the Chamber’s budget process and membership retention efforts. |
