Hosting Opportunities
Hosting a Chamber event is a great way to show off your business location. There are a variety of opportunities available for spaces of different sizes:
Business Card Exchange hosts must have space (and parking) for at least 200 guests. Outdoor events will require space to accommodate a large tent. Hosts also provide refreshments for guests. A $1000 hosting fee covers the Chamber’s administrative and marketing expenses, including online registration, name badge printing, email promotion, and print advertising on The Chamber Page. Two or three member businesses may co-host this event and divide the hosting fee. Business Card Exchange hosts must be members of the Chamber for at least 12 months before the event.
