Annual Events

Our major annual events would be impossible to present without help from volunteers. In 2008, volunteers helped us with the following events:

• Business EXPO – Volunteers helped us greet visitors, assist exhibitors, administer prize drawings, and judge “most interactive booth” and “taste of the expo” contests
• Golf Scramble – Early on, our planning committee helped us plan hole contests and gather prizes for our raffle. On the day of the event, another group of volunteers braved a cold, rainy day to run contests at several holes throughout the course, which made the event both fun and profitable!
