Advertising Rates and Specifications
The Chamber Newsletter is the official publication of the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce. Advertising opportunities are available exclusively to Chamber members.

Publication frequency: Monthly

Distribution: 40,000+ in Frederick County and surrounding areas, as an insert in The Frederick News-Post on the first Tuesday of each month. The newsletter is also available at the Chamber and several area locations, and is available as a PDF download in the Members Only > Chamber News section of this web site.

Advertising and submissions deadline: First business day of the month preceding publication.

How to Submit
Unless you have reserved a full-color ad, all files should be submitted as black and white (Grayscale).

• Submit ads as PDF, X-1a:2001 Standard to insure that colors, fonts, etc. are embedded and displayed properly. The X-1a: 2001 setting is available in most layout programs and PDF authoring programs, such as Adobe InDesign and Adobe Acrobat.
• Do NOT use transparency effects.
• Use high resolution images (300 dpi at full size) and vector line art for best quality.
• Email files to: advertise@frederickchamber.org.

The Chamber means business, and our focus is on your business. We are pleased to offer our members another marketing tool for their advertising plan - the opportunity to advertise their business on the Chamber website! Currently, our website receives an average of over 200,000 hits monthly - what a great way to receive not only local and regional exposure, but national exposure as well.
 
Banner ads are the most popular form of Internet advertising. When a viewer clicks on your banner, they will be taken to your own web site, increasing your reach and the size of your message you can deliver. Because the website is open 365 days a year, the cost to advertise is just pennies a day!
