She began her career in feature films, later launching her own production company at 23. With over 400 video productions and large-scale event experiences, Amy also consults on marketing strategies for clients like FedEx and Microsoft. A LinkedIn Learning author with 220,000+ learners, she trains creatives worldwide and has written two books on video production. As founder of #GALSNGEAR, she champions women in media and tech, earning multiple industry awards. Amy holds a B.A. from Yale University.

Nicole Sherry
Senior Director, Field Operations, Baltimore Orioles

As the Orioles Director of Field Operations, Nicole Sherry is the first female head groundskeeper in Orioles history, and only the second female head groundskeeper in Major League Baseball. She began her Orioles career as an intern in 2001, has since climbed the ranks and is now seen as a role model for many girls and women throughout the Birdland and baseball community.
