She has over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry and is former President of the Luray-Page County Chamber of Commerce in her hometown Luray, Virginia. Bri is excited to bring her positive energy and love of community spirit to the Frederick Chamber. Now a part of US Fitness, Sport&Health's mission is to provide the ultimate fitness experience to every member, every time. Through the cultivation of a motivating environment and development of fitness professionals, Bri's goal is to deliver on this mission every day!

Ambassador of the Year 2013
Matt is the Area Sales Manager for Plamondon Hospitality Partners (PHP) collection of six (6) Marriott hotels in Frederick & Hagerstown Maryland. Matt works with local and national companies, government, nonprofit, and other agencies to share with them the range of products that PHP offers with its portfolio of hotels. Matt works closely with the sales team at PHP to ensure they are aware of any new emerging markets or opportunities as well as helping create market strategy for their portfolio.
Plamondon Hospitality Partners offers a full range of hospitality management and development services. PHP is highly respected for its market knowledge and proven expertise in achieving long-term growth, sustainability and profitability. PHP has achieved steady growth, outstanding results, and a fiercely loyal following in both the hotel and restaurant markets.
Matt Doyle also serves on the Chamber's Marketing Council.
Danny went into the Army straight out of High school. During his service he lead the first team into the Pentagon on 9-11 as well as a combat tour in Iraq from 2005-2006.
Since then, he has helped build SoldierFit, a gym based out of Frederick, MD, from one sub-let location to 3 stand alone facilities with 3,000 members and 50 employees. Soldierfit has won numerous awards, including Small business of the year in several counties and Maryland. Soldierfit is now franchised and Danny hopes to open 1-2 franchises as well as 1 more corporate location by the end of the year.
Danny also recently co-founded Platoon 22, a nonprofit to prevent veteran suicides. He is also a motivational speaker and was selected to the 2013 "Top 40 under 40 V.I.P" by The Daily Record, as well as one of the Top 5 Mens health Ultimate guys.
Danny Farrar completed the Leadership Frederick County program in 2015.

Ellen Keyser is 270net’s resident extreme-extrovert and seller of all things related to internet technology. As a long time web designer and business owner, Ellen understands what clients need for a successful web presence. As 270net’s Business Development sales person she networks to find the business owners and companies that need us the most and then helps them determine the technological solution that best fits their company and budget.
Ellen joined the 270net team in 2012 with an Associate’s Degree in Business Management from Frederick Community College. When she is not out networking and making sales, she enjoys reading, walking her dog, Penny, and spending time with her children and grandchildren. (Honestly, though, when are sales people not networking?)
Ellen has been a Frederick chamber Ambassador 3 years and completed the Leadership Frederick County program in 2015.
Patti has over 30 years of experience in the commercial insurance industry focusing on construction, manufacturing, wholesalers, and professional services accounts. She works with her clients to help reduce their risk of loss, improve their cash flow and protect their assets by designing and implementing insurance and safety programs, reviewing contracts, classifications, and eligibility for experience rating and contract bonding.

Dawn has been a chamber member since 2007 as a Sales Executive in the technology field- currently at Innovative Incorporated, a locally owned technology integration firm specializing in networks, telecommunications, and disaster recovery. Dawn is passionate about connecting people in the Frederick community to strengthen relationships in our local economy. When she’s not consulting with businesses about technology strategies or at a networking event, she spends time with her fiancé and two rescue dogs. You may also find her at Sol Yoga in downtown Frederick!
Habitat for Humanity
Bethany is the Director of Community Development for Habitat for Humanity of Frederick County. Bethany has a diverse background of nonprofit experience spanning 13 years and three states. She puts this background to use furthering Habitat's mission through fundraising, marketing and community partnerships. She is passionate about connecting people with Habitat to make sure everyone is aware of the work being done right here in Frederick County to ensure everyone has a safe, decent, affordable place to live.
Bethany wholeheartedly believes in the work of the Frederick Chamber and loves seeing it bring together the local business community. Having previously worked for a Chamber in Montgomery County, she has seen the many ways that businesses can use their local Chamber membership to grow and strengthen their business or organization as well as the community as a whole. She looks forward to helping businesses do that in Frederick as part of the Ambassador team.
Bethany also serves on the Chamber's Frederick Nonprofit Alliance.
Assistant Vice President and Business Development Officer, Consie Meyers, works together with the commercial and consumer lenders, branches and financial advisor to provide the best solutions to make your business successful.
Consie has been Kiwanian of the Year, Kiwanis President, Kiwanis Foundation President, Mission of Mercy Ambassador and much more. She was born and raised in Frederick County and an avid cyclist who loves the outdoors and volunteering. She is married with two grown sons, both United States Air Force.

Randall Family, LLC operates the Frederick News-Post and FNP Printing and Publishing. The Frederick News-Post is a local media company that publishes Frederick's daily community newspaper, specializes in creating and delivering local news content in both traditional and innovative ways, and creating custom cross-platform marketing campaigns for local and national advertising partners. FNP Printing and Publishing is a regional cold-set web commercial printer that prints a number of newspapers and publications throughout the region.
Will is passionate about helping to reinforce and facilitate all the cool things happening in Frederick County, is a 2013 Leadership Frederick Graduate, is active in the Rotary Club of Frederick, and is on the board of the Frederick Arts Council.
Scott Shenton has a long history of experience in the real estate and banking industries. After working as a real estate agent, Scott began his financial career in 2008, working for several credit unions. During this time, Scott has worked to originate consumer and auto loans, consumer lines of credit, small business loans, second trusts and of course residential mortgages. Currently, Scott works at Apex Home Loans as Mortgage Banker.
Due to his varied experience with several types of lending, Scott has a deep understanding of how to help borrowers meet and exceed their financial goals, and he prides himself on being able to help people make the most of their finances.
Scott graduated from the University of Maryland and when he's not helping people finance their real estate, he teaches scuba diving and goes surfing with his daughter every chance he gets.
Allison has been with Liberty Mutual Insurance for 21 years, helping people with their auto, home, life and liability insurance. When offered the opportunity to build a team of personal insurance agents in Frederick 6 years ago, she jumped at it. Allison loves the small town business climate that Frederick has even though we’re the 2nd largest city in MD. She credits Frederick Chamber for helping her achieve double digit growth in the Frederick area over the last 6 years and loves being a part of the community here.
Allison lives in Lake Linganore with 2 kids she enjoys spending every spare minute with. She serves on fundraising teams for both Dance Unlimited and Dance Unlimited Repertory Company, and is a 2012 graduate of Leadership Frederick County .
