In 2025, the alumni of Leadership Frederick County will once again gather to celebrate the achievements of the LFC community at the 3rd annual Leadership Frederick County Awards Celebration!

During the celebration, we will highlight the impact of three outstanding LFC alumni who best embody the spirit and intent of the Leadership
Frederick County (LFC) Program in the categories of Emerging, Transformational, and Impact Leaders of the Year.

Open to recent LFC Alumni (<5 years)
Best embodies the spirit (explore & learn) and intent (connect & contribute) of the Leadership Frederick County (LFC) Program
At the beginning of their leadership journey (~1-10 years)

Changemaker in their sector (private, public, nonprofit/education)
Best embodies the spirit (explore & learn) and intent (connect & contribute) of the Leadership Frederick County (LFC) Program
In the middle of their leadership journey (~10 – 20 years)

Has had a broad, lasting impact across Frederick County
Best embodies the spirit (explore & learn) and intent (connect & contribute) of the Leadership Frederick County (LFC) Program
In the apex of their leadership journey (~20+ years)

The Chamber reserves the right, in its sole reasonable discretion, to add or remove a nominee from the selection process. Individuals or teams may not be nominated for more than one LFC Alumni award category. Winners at every level will be selected by a panel of judges that may be comprised of both LFC Alumni Committee members, Chamber employees, and Partners in Trust. Judges must sign a conflict of interest/non-disclosure certification. Non-LFC Alumni may solicit nominations, but they cannot submit nominations. LFC Alumni database can be found online here.
