Open to recent LFC Alumni (<5 years)
Best embodies the spirit (explore & learn) and intent (connect & contribute) of the Leadership Frederick County (LFC) Program
At the beginning of their leadership journey (~1-10 years)
Changemaker in their sector (private, public, nonprofit/education)
Best embodies the spirit (explore & learn) and intent (connect & contribute) of the Leadership Frederick County (LFC) Program
In the middle of their leadership journey (~10 – 20 years)
Has had a broad, lasting impact across Frederick County
Best embodies the spirit (explore & learn) and intent (connect & contribute) of the Leadership Frederick County (LFC) Program
In the apex of their leadership journey (~20+ years)
The Chamber reserves the right, in its sole reasonable discretion, to add or remove a nominee from the selection process. Individuals or teams may not be nominated for more than one LFC Alumni award category. Winners at every level will be selected by a panel of judges that may be comprised of both LFC Alumni Committee members, Chamber employees, and Partners in Trust. Judges must sign a conflict of interest/non-disclosure certification. Non-LFC Alumni may solicit nominations, but they cannot submit nominations.
