FREDERICK COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE REBRAND

Picture
Since 1912 the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce has served as the voice of business promoting growth and the creation of opportunity in our region.

In 2018 the board of directors set their number one strategic priority: Take all necessary steps to become a communications force, both in member/prospect relations and as the voice for business and prosperity.

This directive meant that our organization would need to undergo a strategic and dramatic change.

At the start of the rebrand project, our organization was suffering from a lack of communication and brand confusion as a result of:
  • Dated materials & technology
  • Inconsistent imagery & design
  • Lack of clear messaging
  • Multiple sub-brands
Having inconsistent visuals and zero brand cohesion between initiatives and programs mades the process of nurturing trust a nightmare — we were introducing ourselves to them for the first time every single time.
