The Frederick County Chamber of Commerce has a number of investment, hosting, and sponsorship opportunities available to our members. Large or small scale, educational or social, we have it all. Our robust calendar of events offers you many opportunities to support various Chamber initiatives.

GENERAL EVENT SPONSORSHIP

The various volunteer committees of the Chamber (Business Equity Coalition, Generation Connect, Leadership Frederick County Alumni, Nonprofit Alliance, Women in Business) put on a number of events throughout the year. Events vary from each committee and are announced throughout the year.
Each of these events offer sponsorship opportunities and benefits at three levels:
$350 -  Impact Partner Level
  • Recognition on Chamber event registration page
  • Recognition in Facebook event 
  • Social media recognition post-event
  • Display/distribute branded collateral at event
  • Verbal recognition at event
  • One complimentary ticket to event
$200 - Advocate Partner Level
  • Recognition on Chamber event registration page
  • Recognition in Facebook event 
  • Social media recognition post-event
  • Verbal recognition at event
  • One complimentary ticket to event
$100 - Community Partner Level
  • Recognition on Chamber event registration page
  • Recognition in Facebook event 
  • Verbal recognition at event
You can select your sponsorship level directly on the event registration web page. Once selected, a Chamber representative will reach out to you to fulfill your sponsorship recognition and benefits.

HOSTING OPPORTUNITIES

To secure the hosting opportunity of a Business Card Exchange or Coffee and Contacts all interested members must declare their interest by emailing our Event Coordinator, Abby Casarella. You must be a member in good standing of the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce in order to host an event.
Coffee & Contacts
A small, morning networking event that typically take place on the first Friday of the month from 7:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. Coffee & Contacts can be hosted at the Chamber office or at a member business location. 
Hosting at the Chamber | $125
​Host business is responsible for:
  • Providing coffee and other beverages
  • Providing light fare and paper products
  • Speaking opportunity during event
Hosting at your business | $250
Host business is responsible for:
  • Providing an ample space for attendees
  • Providing coffee and other beverages
  • Providing light fare and paper products
  • Speaking opportunity during event
Business Card Exchange | $600
One of our highest attended events that brings together members from all across the professional spectrum. They typically take place on the third Wednesday of the month either from 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. OR 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Host business is responsible for:
  • Providing a location large enough to accommodate 100-150 people
  • Providing food and beverages
  • Speaking opportunity during event

INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Partners in Trust Program
Within the Chamber’s membership, a select group of members participate in the Partners in Trust program, comprised of members that have the ability and desire to invest in the Chamber beyond the standard membership dues to help us build the strongest, most collaborative and successful business community in the region. Many of the Chamber’s accomplishments on behalf of all members would not be possible without the additional support provided by this elite and civic-minded group of businesses.
