PROMOTE YOUR EVENTS

We're thrilled to be able to feature your events on our Member Event Calendar! Follow the steps below to post your event:

Log in to the  Members Only portal using your username and password. If you need help locating your username and password, contact us at [email protected]

• Select 'submit an event' from the drop down 'Other Resources' menu at the top of the page (in the blue box)
• Fill out the entire form and submit the event

A Chamber representative will review your event for accuracy and appropriateness and then publish it to the calendar!*
*Please note, events are not approved automatically and it may take up to 3 business days for your event to be approved. ​

SUBMIT YOUR NEWS

We love to celebrate our member's accomplishments! Submit your organizational news to be featured in our member newsletter and our Support Local Frederick Facebook page.

​Newsletter Guidelines:

• News must be beyond the normal course of business.​
• Please do not submit events, new hires, new contracts, advertising, special promotions, sales, calls for sponsorships, trustees, or direct monetary donations.

In lieu of offering email blasts, the Chamber offers low-cost advertising as an exclusive member benefit. Our rates are designed to be affordable for any size business or organization.

E-News Advertising
The Chamber’s weekly e-newsletter, sent every Tuesday, allows your ad to land in more than 5,700 inboxes of active business and community members.

• Advertorial: $150 per ad per week (maximum two available ads per newsletter) | Ad Size: 1280 px x 420 px​
• Advertorial with Facebook companion post: $175 (maximum two available ads per newsletter) | Ad Size: 1280 px x 420 px

Website Advertising
The Chamber’s online news portal, Frederick Chamber Insights, can help put your business on the map at a very affordable rate!

• Rate: $100 per month | Ad Size: 728 px x 90 px

HOST AN INSTAGRAM TAKEOVER

Instagram Takeovers allow members with active Instagram accounts the opportunity to engage the audience of the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce by sharing their content on the Chamber’s Instagram page and stories for a day (every Tuesday). Members will also be featured in a blog post interview. 

Eligibility Guidelines:

• Must be a Chamber member in good standing
• Must have an active Instagram account for the business or organization with;
  • At least 250 followers
  • Weekly posts
  • Story utilization
