Chamber Office

One of the many benefits of joining the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce is access to a number of spaces located at our office at 118 North Market Street! Whether you need to meet a client for a meeting, host a board retreat for your nonprofit, or just need a spot to stop in between meetings, we have the space for you!

Chamber members can enjoy our coffee bar, free WIFI, and a variety of seating options located throughout the first floor. We have both drop-in spaces and rental-only spaces. To rent a space, please contact us at [email protected].

Drop-In Spaces

The drop-in spaces do not require a reservation and are available on a first-come first-serve basis. These spaces are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

Frontline Hub
Located at the front of the office, the Frontline Hub has comfortable seating, high top tables, and lots of natural light.
Best for: catching up on work in between meetings and coffee meetings.

*Important note: if there is a reservation for the entire front area of the office, this space will not be available.

Collaboration Cove
Located down the hallway, the Collaboration Cove is complete with two high top tables with four chairs each and includes power connections for digital devices.
Best for: collaboration meetings and small group discussions.

Back Meeting Room
Located at the back of the office, the Back Meeting Room offers a small office space and holds at maximum six people.
Best for: small meetings and one on one conversations

Focus Pod
Located at the back of the office, the two Focus Pods are just what you need for a quiet, independent work space. Includes power connections for digital devices.

Rental Spaces

The rental spaces require a reservation at least one week in advance. Due to high demand, we require 48 hours notice for all cancellations. These spaces are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. To rent a space, please contact us at [email protected].

Front Space
Cost: $30.00 per hour
Need a larger meeting space? Look no further! The Front Space can accommodate a large crowd and includes the use of A/V technology. The Front Space can also be set up in a variety of formats to fit your needs.

Front Meeting Room [with glass]
Cost: $20.00 per hour
The front meeting room can accommodate 16-18 people comfortably and offers an enclosed space for a larger meeting. Rental includes the use of A/V technology.

Small Front Meeting Rooms [with glass]
Cost: $10.00 per hour
The two small front meeting rooms can accommodate 6 people comfortably and offers an enclosed space. Rental includes the use of A/V technology.

Parking

The Frederick County Chamber of Commerce is located in the heart of downtown Frederick, MD at 118 North Market Street. Our office can be located in the ROOT Building, directly next to Brewer's Alley. Parking is available in the Church Street Parking Garage, located conveniently behind the ROOT Building. The Church Street garage is located at 17 East Church Street and is accessible from East Church Street and off of the 100 block of North Market Street.
