Generation Connect is a program of the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce designed to foster ambition and build community among young professionals who are paving the way for Frederick County's future success and growth.

The ​Generation Connect steering committee creates engaging experiences and strives to build ties that help further individual careers, encourage collaboration, empower volunteerism, foster upcoming leaders and strengthen our Frederick County business community.

Events put on by the Generation Connect committee are for Frederick County professionals age 40 and younger. (And, of course, the young at heart!) Chamber membership is encouraged but not required to attend these events. Events are announced on the Chamber social media outlets, in the Chamber Newsletter as well as in the Generation Connect newsletter.
