WELCOME TO S.H.E. WEEK 2021: IT'S TIME TO THRIVE!

Picture
The world as we knew it was forever changed at the onset of the pandemic. During this time of unprecedented upheaval, most of us have experienced some form of disruption in one or more aspects of our lives.

Multiple studies have shown that Covid-19 has disproportionately affected women across the globe. Women’s experiences at home, their health, work and economic well-being have all been negatively affected. As we find ourselves slowly moving forward into recovery,  it is more important than ever to build an environment where we incite positive change, connection and sharing of wisdom.

S.H.E. Week 2021 was designed by women for women to address these issues and empower participants with the community and insights needed not only to survive, but also thrive into the future!

Join us August 22-27 for a full week of both in-person and online content. Attendees will be treated to:
  • Inspiration and motivation from local and regional leaders who share their stories of professional and personal development
  • Wisdom and expertise from CEOs, founders and community leaders offering advice and actionable ideas to help keep you moving forward
  • In-person network opportunities as well as an ongoing connection with an active community of women empowering women both during S.H.E. Week and beyond
  • A live pitch competition for female CEOs in Frederick County awarding them cash prizes, publicity and opportunity
  • A special ceremony recognizing the SHEROS in our community who’ve demonstrated strength, heart and equality during a year of incredible challenges

If you are someone who desires a strong empowering support system, tools to better your relationships and careers and positive networking experiences, S.H.E. Week is for you!
