CALL FOR SPEAKERS

The Women in Business Committee is currently seeking talented speakers to share their insights, knowledge and experiences with our S.H.E. Week attendees. We are looking for dynamic speakers whose voices will resonate with all of the professionals who attend S.H.E. Week. 

While this year’s central theme is SHINE, we will also welcome talks with a focus on intentionality, cultivation and general skill development and the empowerment of women.

Whether you’re an expert in technology, business, social justice, health and wellness, or are just interested in getting in front of a female audience with a powerful message, we encourage you to submit a speaker interest form. Interest forms will be accepted through Friday, May 5, 2023. 

Solo Speaker
[Keynote or Workshop]

We are looking for speakers who can deliver inspiring and thought-provoking speeches or workshops that challenge conventional thinking, inspire change and empower women.

​Attendee Overview
S.H.E. Week attendees are women between the ages of 18-80 from all areas of business, walks of life and backgrounds. We have everyone in our audience - seasoned professionals who are at the apex of their career, up and coming professionals just getting their feet wet and everyone in between. 

S.H.E. Week 2023 is August 7th through 11th. Speakers and panelists must be available on Tuesday, August 8th during Conference Day.

S.H.E. Week is a signature event of the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce's Women in Business Committee. S.H.E. Week is ​a week of events celebrating the Strength, Heart and Equality of women in Frederick County.

​The Frederick County Chamber of Commerce partners with a number of nonprofits in the community to reduce barriers and provide attendance opportunities for S.H.E. Week programming.
