The Chamber offers a variety of sponsorship opportunities that will allow your company to gain exposure in the business community. From leadership to public policy, networking to business training, Women in Business to Generation Connect, we have the perfect fit for your organization's goals and objectives!

MONTHLY EVENTS

To secure the hosting opportunity of a Business Card Exchange or Coffee and Contacts all interested members must declare their interest by completing our official interest form. It can be found online here.

The Chamber will review form submissions on a first come first serve basis to determine the host/sponsor of each available event. The event will not be considered secured until the Chamber has successfully reached out to the interested party and received both written agreement and sponsorship payment for the event. 

Sponsoring Business Card Exchanges and Coffee & Contacts gatherings also entails the responsibility of providing food/beverages. Business card exchanges require an event venue location as well. You must be a member in good standing of the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce in order to host an event. For more details on current event sponsorship rates, please see below.

Coffee & Contacts

 Coffee & Contacts is an excellent way to host an early morning networking session with the community. These events are typically held on the first Friday of the month from 7:30 am to 9:30 am at the Chamber office. For more information, contact us at [email protected]​

SIGNATURE EVENTS

S.H.E. Week

Coordinated by the Women In Business Committee honoring Women's Equality Day, celebrated the last week in August each year. ​Sponsorships range from $250 - $7,500. For more information on sponsorship levels and benefits, contact Shelby Maly.
